Description
Foam composition for cleaning piston surfaces, the upper part of the combustion chamber and valves, compression rings. And also optionally the intake and exhaust manifolds from carbon deposits, resins and carbon deposits.
Super-powerful foam formula allows you to achieve maximum results.
APPLICATION SCOPE:
Suitable for use in gasoline
and diesel engines of any type.
PROPERTIES / CHARACTERISTICS:
– Completely cleans the combustion chamber: piston crown, chamber arch and valves
– Suitable for cleaning the intake and exhaust manifolds
– Ideal for in-line, V-shaped and boxer engines
– Provides prevention of piston ring coking
– Restores compression when deviating from the norm by 10 – 15%
– Prevents detonation, valve burnout and pre-ignition
– Complete cleaning in 30 minutes
– Only 2 foaming cycles are required
– The product is neutral to aluminum and anti-friction coatings
– For engines up to 2.5 liters.
APPLICATION:
Shake thoroughly before use!
Use at a container temperature above +15°C.
Clean at a coolant temperature of no more than +50°C.
1. Switch off the ignition system. Remove the spark plugs on a petrol engine and the glow plugs or injectors on a diesel engine.
2. Set the pistons to a position close to the middle by turning the crankshaft by the pulley mounting nut, or using the drive wheel with the gear engaged (on cars with a manual transmission). The position of the pistons can be determined through the technological holes with a long feeler gauge.
3. Using an extension tube, inject the composition into the cylinders until the entire volume of the combustion chamber is filled with foam.
4. Leave the product for 25 minutes to act on the contaminants.
5. Repeat step 3 for all cylinders and leave for 5 minutes.
6. Remove the remaining product from the cylinders and blow out with compressed air. Cover the technological holes with a thick cloth and turn the engine with the starter for 10 seconds. Remove the remains of the composition from the surfaces with a dry cloth.
7. Remove the used oil as completely as possible, replace the oil filter and fill with new oil.
8. After cleaning, do not load the engine with high speeds for the first 5 – 10 km.
Important: Avoid getting the composition on paintwork.
