Cooling system flush CHEMIPRO 0.28 l

Concentrated acid composition for dilution with distilled water and pouring into a liquid or combined cooling system. Dissolves and removes inorganic contaminants formed during vehicle operation: scale and rust.

APPLICATION SCOPE:
It is used for cooling systems of all types of gasoline and diesel engines of passenger cars.

APPLICATION:
To avoid the release of antifreeze and flushing solution, drain the fluids from the system when the engine temperature is no higher than +80°C!
Boiling liquid will cause an immediate release of toxic chemicals, which, in addition to inevitable burns, will lead to the ingestion of toxic vapors. Before use,
warm the composition to room temperature and shake.
1. Cover the radiator or expansion tank cap with a rag and open it slowly, relieving the system pressure. Only then can you open it completely.
2. Place a container under the radiator to collect the old coolant and flushing solution. Unscrew the drain plugs, drain the antifreeze from the engine and radiator in turn.
3. Pour the composition into the radiator or expansion tank (in the case of a completely closed radiator) and add distilled or clean warm water to the MIN mark.
4. Start and warm up the engine to operating temperature (+80 – 90°C). Let it idle for 30 minutes. During this time, the interior heater should be on at maximum heat.
5. Turn off and cool the engine.
6. Drain the flushing solution similarly to point 1.
7. Flush the cooling system until all remaining flushing fluid is washed out: pour in distilled or clean warm water, warm up the engine (wait for the thermostat to open, at which point the inlet and outlet pipes from the radiator will be hot) and let it idle for 10 – 15 minutes, drain the water. Repeat the procedure if necessary
8. Install the drain plugs and fill the system with new coolant.
It is recommended to flush the cooling system every time the antifreeze is changed!
